Aniseed catering team will put together the perfect barbecue menu for your event, whether it’s an elaborate wedding menu for 200 or an informal garden party for 50. We cook your chosen BBQ items to order right before your eyes.

Homemade beef burgers (6oz) cooked to your liking

Chicken breast marinated in a variety of ways including:

  • lemon, thyme and honey
  • ginger, soy and lime
  • peri peri
  • Locally produced sausages

    Rosemary and garlic marinated vegetable kebabs

    Char-grilled sardines with lemon & parsley butter
    served with:

  • selection of floured baps and flavoured breads
  • Condiments, sauces, pickles and chutneys
  • Any item above can be change for any additional items.
