Having worked with Colin and Sian on a location TV job before, Aniseed was always going to be my first and only choice for our wedding. The relaxed and laid back approach to things entirely hides the fantastic organisation that just makes everything flow seamlessly on the day. As our backgrounds are South African and Irish we wanted the food to reflect a combination of the two. Colin's menu did this and exceptional quality of the food and service provided has been commented on by everyone who attended. While other suppliers struggled with a wedding between Christmas/New Year during the wettest December on record Aniseed came through and excelled in every regard and I would highly recommend them and look forward to working (eating) with them again soon. Aniseed Catering provided a hot buffet for my wedding reception. The team were very friendly and professional, coped with everything I threw at them and made the most fantastic food. I really appreciated meeting the team before the wedding to talk food and the joys of catering for vegans and I came away feeling very confident that I had made the right choice. The front of house team were fab, and ensured my table was laid with the vintage swallow plates, such a lovely touch. Above all I really loved the fact that I felt that Aniseed had listened to everything I had said and ensured that the food provided was exactly what I'd asked for.
